Every AFOSI program is built to be measured, scaled and sustained, powered by data and community trust.

Health

Health is an asset the poorest cannot afford to lose — their livelihoods depend on their well-being, access to medical care, and a healthy living environment. This includes mental health, a critical but often overlooked need, especially for young women living with HIV or disabilities, whose psychosocial wellbeing underpins their long-term resilience.

Education

Education is a key driver of development and the elimination of extreme poverty — it empowers individuals, improves opportunities, and builds stronger communities. This includes advocacy for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), giving children and youth a voice in shaping the policies that determine their environment and future.

Environment

Every country depends heavily on its environment — forests, grasslands, rivers, lakes, coral reefs and other ecosystems that support life and economic stability.

Livelihoods

Livelihood security for every family means increased income, access to resources, sustainable employment, and better opportunities for food, education and health.
